Worth It
Worth the extra cost to use Eco Cork Foam! This underlayment is easy to work with and feels AMAZING. I used this under some engineered bamboo click-lock flooring and it softens your footsteps beautifully while not feeling squishy or making any kind of noise. My living room also has several very large (600-800 lb) arcade machines, and the weight distribution properties of this product help a lot with keeping the floor planks perfectly level.
Great Product
This is a great product. Easy to put down. Exactly what I was looking for to be able to provide sound absorption in a room with high ceilings. A much more solid sound. A side note, it also made it easier on my knees during the installation.

Made It Easier to Lay Flooring
So far made it easier to lay the floor, knees aren't damaged! Waiting for winter to see what it does to insulate the concrete subfloor. Yay!
Reduced Sound + Comfortable
Cork form was easy to install and feels great when walking on the flooring. Reduced the sound and is very comfortable.
Peace of Mind
Installed in a finished basement with 14mm laminate (2mm pad attached). Added underlayment gives real peace of mind for a basement install. Also has a much more comfortable feel than same flooring installed on 1st floor of home (plywood base). Easy install - chose to run underlayment perpendicular to finished flooring. No issues with the install.
Great for Rigid Core LVT on Concrete Slab
An absolute necessity when installing LVT on concrete slab. Added a good amount of height to my bathroom floor, and the insulation factor will pay off big time in the winter! Only downfall is the $$ and it’s somewhat of a pain to keep flat during install, since it’s rolled up. But it’s a no brainer and total investment when compared to the competition. Buy this!!

Unbelievable Product
I am so happy that the sales associate recommended ECF underlayment for my vinyl plank floor. I used this over a concrete slab and placed my vinyl plank flooring over it. It was so easy to install and the built in vapor barrier saved me a step in the installation. The adhesive flaps were easy to use and now I can rest easy that my floor is 100% waterproof from the top and the bottom. I recommend this product to anyone who wants the piece of mind that ECF gave me.

Top quality product, no doubt a lifetime and then some durability. A little more money than other underlayment but well worth the extra. My installation was engineered wood, glued T&G. Easy to work with, cuts nicely with scissors or knife but extremely tough at the same time. Very happy with the end result. Floor is quiet under any footwear. I will definitely use this on future projects.

The underlayment is critical to a good vinyl plank flooring install and this product is awesome! You can cut with a regular scissor and the ceiling tape is already on it. Vapor barrier is durable. You just have to put some weights down to keep it from curling up when you unroll it.
